Born and raised in Västerås, Sweden, Tilda Allie moved to the culture booming city of Brighton to carve out her music career. Getting involved quickly in the music scene, it didn’t take long for her talents to be recognised by the local record label “QM Records”, songwriting house “Hookers” and PR company “Liberty Music”. Tilda Allie dropped her first single in April 2016 and was greeted with a big ’yes’ by the music world. Its video, which had Tilda spend a full day in a bathtub, has been viewed over 25 000 times.
Tilda’s work has been previewed in Spindle Magazine, Swedish GAFFA and picked as “Artist of the week” by BBC introducing and she is now making waves in her second home Brighton, and beyond. Having built a strong name and following within Brighton and London music scenes, Tilda has supported and played iconic music venues such as Ronnie Scotts and Brighton Royal Theatre. Tilda most recently supported the up and coming Australian girl group Haiku Hands on their most recent Brighton date at Komedia, They were named one of the “buzziest band’s” at last years Great Escape festival.
Tilda explores themes of female empowerment, strength in vulnerability and individualism. She combines thought-provoking visuals and colourful melodies to captivate the audience’s senses. Tilda’s Infectious stage energy and emotional performances mirror the powerful vulnerability in her voice.
