Dov (real name Dov Zavadskis) is the founder of an independent music blog Indie Top 39 and The Power of Indie. Dov is on a mission to spread an indie music one song at a time.

During the day Dov is a Talent Sourcer working with well-known brands. He helps companies find talent that is hard to find.  At the moment his main focus is launching this event and transitioning into Coaching.
