Samy Jay is a creative being and has led a blessed life. Taught early on that only the “self” is a limitation to any goal and that no matter what life will throw at you, you persevere – striving to be the best version of yourself. 

With over 20 years experience as Sales and Marketing specialist, working across various fields including property, film, music, retail, event planning, hospitality, health and well-being and youth development. She is a qualified Spinning Instructor, Public Speaking Trainer, Certified Crystal Practioner, Angelic Reiki Master and NLP Practitioner. Her love of healing has finally allowed her to embark on the journey of her life’s purpose.

Samy believes nourishment is the key to happiness and fulfilment of the human experience. This was instrumental to the set up of NOMNOY (which stands for Nourishment On Me, Nourishment On You) was formed to help encourage one to nurture their mind body and soul whilst enabling others to do the same. The theory is such that – as we better ourselves we enable others to grow too. She has set up NOMNOY with the objective that all humanity can benefit from each individual bettering oneself and can fund her Charitable project Million Meals.

It is with this same ethos that she is setting up MILLION MEALS, a charitable trust which will help to feed those in need by partnering with other charities that provide education and nourishment thus increasing social impact. Samy has a holistic view of caring for ones’ mind, body and soul and has integrated this into her services.

She has also affiliated herself with various companies to find the best nourishment for individuals available and works charitably training and guiding young people, with the goal of enabling our next generation to be empowered to be the change we want to see in the world.
